Email addresses that you create as notification methods can only be used to receive alerts and not for login. If you want to change the email address you use for login please use the functionality at https://patchdeck.com/account/email/.

Step 1: Create new email address

1. Head over to https://patchdeck.com/notifications and click on “Add email address”: 
2. Enter the new email address

Step 2: Verify the new email address

1. Open your inbox and wait for a confirmation mail
2. Enter the code from the confirmation mail and click on “Submit”
3. The email address is now ready to be used as a notification method
